CTL Management, Inc., a subsidiary of The Randall Group, Inc. is a leading West coast property management company with over thirty years of experience managing apartment communities. With over 10,000 units in Oregon, California and Washington, CTL Management is currently seeking Leasing Consultants to join our team of professionals.

Basic Job Functions: Provide exceptional customer service to community prospects and residents that are encountered daily. Maintain a detailed knowledge of the property, Fair Housing Laws, rules and regulations concerning apartment leasing and management. Respond to telephone and email leads in an effort to set up appointments for prospect touring of the property, units and facilities. Inputs daily traffic information. Maintains property and resident information databases. Prepares and assists with all leasing paperwork. Processes applications for approvals. Collects and secures rental payments. Provides customer service in conducting move-ins and move-outs of residents. Distribute notices to residents and follow-up as needed. Adhere to all marketing/sales strategies and tactics established by the corporate office. Maintains an acceptable closing ratio in an effort to obtain optimum occupancy. Perform other duties as assigned by the Property Manager as deemed appropriate to meet goals and objectives established for the property.

Qualify potential residents by processing applications including verification of income and employment, rental history and rental references. Prepare initial lease agreements for new residents and renewal agreements for established residents. Set up and maintain resident information files. Process information for computer files including items such as rent payments, applications, move-in and move-out documentation. Maintain property and resident information databases. Prepare reports for the corporate office as required. Provide general administrative assistance and back-up to the resident manager as needed and as time permits.

Requirements

Position Requirements: Prior experience in sales, customer-service or related field preferred, but not required. Maintain a professional appearance and communicate effectively and articulately. Experience working in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills required. Organizational skills required. Must be available to work weekends, some holiday work, and scheduled shifts are 9am to 6pm. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
