Engineering Firm Seeking Licensed PE

Civil West Engineering Services is actively seeking a full time licensed Professional Engineer (PE), with a desire to work in a team-oriented environment specializing in municipal water, wastewater, storm water, streets, and associated planning and project management. WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE? Essential requirements for this job includes:
1. Integrity and a true desire to build your engineering career.
2. Proven ability to self-motivate as well as leadership qualities to motivate those around you.
3. Proven ability to cultivate a client base and strengthen client relationships.
4. The ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
5. Excellent technical, communication, and writing skills.
6. Education: Minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
7. Licensing: A PE license is required.
8. Previous Client and/or Project Management with increasing responsibilities and opportunity.
9. Five (5) to Ten (10) years of civil engineering design experience in water and/or wastewater preferred.
WHERE IS THE WORK? Our work occurs throughout Oregon, with four office locations in Coos Bay, Eagle Point, Newport, and Albany. All offices give our employees access to the great outdoors including hiking, biking, camping, swimming, rafting and many other activities.
SALARY RANGE: Determined by experience. In addition to your salary, Civil West also offers a competitive benefits package including insurances, quarterly bonuses for qualified employees, a flexible work schedule, and the ability to work in a team-centered, collaborative, and supportive atmosphere.
