My crew does all aspect of home maintenance and repair: drywall, light electrical, painting, plumbing, landscaping, roofing, some construction, etc When done with repairs, the crew does improvements so my rentals are routinely being upgraded. No slums here!
I know things are hard for people right now, so I am offering a flexible schedule to fit into your needs. Some of our crew work one day a week while others as many as four a week. You tell me what your availability is Saturday and on Sunday I will email the crew schedule for the coming week. This job is perfect for someone who is trying to bring in additional income, wants a full-time fulfilling position, or is retired wanting a little hands on work to keep busy. You wanna go fishing, just don't make that day available for that week.
This is not seasonal. This is year round work. Pay is competitive and based on your experience in property maintenance. I provide all the tools, equipment, and scheduling with tenants. You need reliable transportation as the crew meet at the rental we are working that day. This is a great job for someone trying to learn a new trade. I am willing to train you where your skills are weak. There is also a separate opportunity for a dedicated grounds keeper to help me make my ten acre place self-sufficient.
