Bookkeeper/Accounting/Human Resources
Full time bookkeeping/HR position open with a local company. Fast paced work environment, strong communication skills, the ability to work independently or in a team environment. AP and AR,Payroll enter payroll/create payroll checks, pay payroll liabilities, Including Fed, State. Wage DOE We are looking for a bookkeeper / office manager to join our company. Must be a well organized self starter that that works well with others. Must be able to multitask and have Strong computer skills an attention to detail a must. Office hours are 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
This position is full-time with hourly pay based on experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have a minimum 5 years bookkeeping experience with quickbooks pro, including A/R, A/P, Payroll, and G/L maintenance.
Duties:
Check, verify and record documents such as invoices, receipts, bank statements.
Process payroll, payroll tax payments, and payroll tax returns
Work well independently and/or with a team
knowledge of bookkeeping practices and generally accepted accounting principles
Proficient in Windows 7, Windows 10, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Proficient in QuickBooks Pro
DOT Qualification files
Strong customer service skills
