Wanted - Site Manager for our beautiful property in Waldport. Some of the job duties will include walking the grounds daily Work with tenants on a consistent basis. Deliver notices to tenants. Perform inspections. Create work orders for maintenance. Organize turnovers on vacant apartments and make sure that the cleaning, repairs, carpet cleaning and lock changes get done in a timely manner and in the appropriate order. Collect rent from tenants and provide the tenants with receipts. Make daily deposits at local bank. Recertification paperwork to tenants annually or interim Verify income/assets through the recertification process.
Hand out/send applications /call back potential tenants. Screen applications and send to Central office for approval or denial. Must have a valid drivers license. Experience in affordable housing a plus.
