Cascade Management has an immediate opening for a Full-Time (40 hours) Community Manager in the Tillamook market. The right candidate must have strong leadership skills, be highly organized, and demonstrate the ability to handle multiple priorities. Candidates must have strong skills in leasing, be self-motivated, and have good communication skills. Candidates will be expected to work independently and to work closely with fellow site office and maintenance staff.
Experience with lease enforcement notices and evictions required along with and a minimum of 2 years in property management. The manager we are seeking should have an eye for detail, be an effective problem solver and be able to manage changes well to best promote resident retention. Previous experience with RD and/or Tax-credit communities is preferred.

Sheridan Square II: 893 Third St. Tillamook, OR 97141
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience, + rent-free unit
Required: live on-site in rent-free 2 bedroom unit
A driver’s license is required
