We are looking for an enthusiastic manager (or team) to oversee a 40-unit property on the upper Oregon Coast.
As the property manager, you will be responsible for the appearance of your property, ensuring all community guidelines are followed, and excellent tenant experiences.
Compensation depends on experience and includes the full rent credit for a 3-bedroom 2-bath apartment in addition to a cash salary. Reimbursements are issued for gas, utilities, and cell phone ($150.00 total)
Duties will include:
Rent collection
Responding to maintenance requests
Scheduling vendors
Marketing vacancies
Providing tours and applications to prospective residents
Maintaining the property appearance
Issuing notices
Maintaining communication with residents
