Looking for long term resident apartment manager for 18 units in Newport Oregon.
Desired Qualifications

- Basic computer skills (email, Excel, Word)
- Basic maintenance skills
- Previous management experience highly desirable
Duties include:
- marketing and showing available units
- tenant screening
- Check-in/Check-out
- enforcing apartment rules
- rent collection and deposits
- record keeping
- showing available units
- landscaping maintenance
- basic maintenance
- finding and overseeing contractors
- keeping owner well informed
Since this is a part time job, the ideal situation would be a couple where one person has an outside job and the other person can do the management
Compensation is a 2bd apartment and money, the amount depending on experience and skill level. This is an independent contractor position. If interested, please reply with your resume including references.
