Established, successful Oregon cannabis company looking for motivated individuals to join our sales team! We are a fast growing company, looking to bring sales representatives on board to help promote our very successful product line.

Our sales representatives are an essential part of our team, acting as the liaison between our brand and the clients. This person must represent the company professionally and competently at all times. It is important in this role to both maintain existing relationships as well as contact new dispensaries and build new interactions. Our expectation is that your time will be spent visiting dispensaries, contacting new and existing accounts, performing vendor days and recording your paperwork. You will not be responsible for delivery of the product, instead will focus on sampling new and existing accounts as well as maintaining and building relationships.

This position includes a base salary plus commission. On average, sales representatives can expect to earn $2,500 to $5,000 per month, with no cap on earning potential. This position is performance based, and your income potential is all about the effort you put in. Our product line is widely successful, and growth for us is directly tied to having motivated individuals putting in the groundwork.

Position Requirements:

Must be 21 years of age or older

Must possess a valid OLCC Marijuana Workers Permit

Have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation (Vehicle mileage will be recorded and reimbursed)

Minimum 6 months prior experience with sales or customer service

Attention to detail- organization, data entry and accuracy will be important in recording account information and sales

Exceptional customer service and communication skills, and the ability to think on your feet and maintain professionalism in all situations

A strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.

Ability to understand and follow all state regulations and company policies regarding operations and security guidelines
