Remote role to start and once environment changes, candidate will be located in the Portland office.
- Our team of designers, user researchers and data analysts work on CAD/CAM software that helps our users design and make anything.
- Delivering delightful and meaningful user experiences is our goal, and we are looking for a Program Manager to help us work efficiently and deliver outstanding results.
- A great candidate is a self-starter, and must possess a strong ability to plan, prioritize, manage, and communicate on multiple projects concurrently. You will need a demonstrated ability to partner closely with various stakeholders, both locally and internationally.
- Candidate must have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- This is a fast-paced environment, and the right candidate is action oriented and possesses the ability to think and act quickly.
- 2+ years working in an agency, software company, or consulting environment focused on operations, program or project management, research, or XD.
- Experience with scheduling, project tracking, and collaboration tools (such as Slack or Mural) are a must.
- Knowledge of the CAD or CAM industry, and XD or User Research is desired.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
