3D PIPELINE ENGINEER Our Portland, OR client is seeking a candidate to be a key contributor to their team by lending strong technical development expertise in a dynamic environment to facilitate and manage the software development life-cycle. The creation of best-in-class integration solutions and collaborating across interdependent business units to ensure efficient solutions and timely deliverables will necessitate a background in software engineering. Technical Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
  • 2-5 years professional experience with Python
  • 1-3 years of experience developing 3D pipelines
  • 1-3 years experience writing tools for 3D modeling and animation software (Maya, Modo, Cinema4D, )
  • 1-3 years experience writing tools for 3D modeling and animation software (Maya, Modo, Cinema4D, )
  • Professional experience with various renderers (Vray, Arnold, Renderman, Octane, etc.)
Functional Skills:
  • A generalist mindset and insatiable curiosity are a must
  • Willingness to continually learn, experiment and self-improve
  • A vocal, assertive and helpful disposition
  • Experience with optimization and scripting for a common game engine (Unreal, Unity, etc.)
