It all begins with you.The Strategic Execution & Operations (SEO) Office focuses on achieving quality performance across our businesses to enable the company to execute more effectively against our regulatory priorities and further drive our transformation.This position is on the team that supports the Wells Fargo Business Process Management toolsets. This candidate will work as a Business Support Consultant, acting as a liaison between our Business Process Management customers and the technology organization focusing on identifying, documenting and translating business requirements/demands into specifications or user stories for system change initiatives. This may be accomplished by resolving questions, recommending changings, through authoring of requirements/users stories, design, reporting and analytics, quality management, and recommendations for and initiating system testing. This candidate will work with impacted technical/system groups, testing groups, business groups and support groups to provide changes that are cost effective and meet business needs. This position will also support application installation, maintenance and upgrades. This candidate will be accountable for multiple projects at any given time, and will provide direction and guidance to less experienced staff.The candidate will also perform deep data analysis and operational reporting of the inventory lifecycle.This role can be located in any of the major Wells Fargo Campus locations, such as; San Francisco, Irving, Phoenix, Denver, Dallas, San Antonio, Des Moines, Minneapolis, St Louis, Chicago, New York, Charlotte, etc.Required Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: administrative support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning demonstrated through work or military experience

Desired Qualifications:

A BS/BA degree or higher

Ability to manage complex projects in a large enterprise environment

Strong collaboration and partnering skills

Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Advanced facilitation skills

Facilitation skills, including ability to facilitate decision-making and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities

Financial services industry experience

Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability

Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment

Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
