One of the largest Sports/Outerwear companies in the country, Columbia Sportswear, is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor for their Call Center. You will be in this role for their Peak Season which is 9 months long. This position is looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives with experience in Call Center Supervisor roles. Take a look and apply if you're interested :)Job Description:Looking for a Seasonal Customer Service Supervisor to give some high level guidance:People Management (Ability to effectively coach/guide to meet performance and behavior goals and standards, partner on disciplinary actions, call monitor, complete timecards prior to deadline and without error)

Demonstrates effective soft skills while holding people accountable with appropriate levels of empathy

Effectively handle consumer Call/Chat Escalations

Able to quickly navigate multiple screens and software platforms

Offer agent support in Microsoft Teams (responding to questions to best of ability)

Some Reporting – Utilize templates and reporting systems to provide department End of Day reporting to leadership team and leverage weekly/monthly stats provided via Workforce Management to coach team members and support department incentives

Minor troubleshooting of agent equipment/software (assist with resetting passwords, reporting issues through ticketing systems)

Additional Skills & Qualifications:Ideally you will have previous call center and/or ecommerce customer service experience.

Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
