Description Robert Half is looking for a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant to support the leadership team of a local Portland organization. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and capable of handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks. This role requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently.Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive leadership team, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining effective communication and coordination.

Organize and coordinate special projects and events, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.

Conduct research, compile data, and prepare documents for review and presentation.

Manage and prioritize incoming requests and inquiries, addressing or redirecting as appropriate.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively address issues to ensure seamless workflow.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting C-level executives.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on professionalism and attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
