Job Req #: 21-12644Job Description: IAM Implementation SpecialistLocation: RemotePosition Type: 11 Month Contract with likely extension Position Summary:Provides technical implementation support to customers scheduled to be upgraded to the IAM product. Works as part of a product rollout/implementation team to rollout the IAM product to customers. Responds to customer upgrade problems associated with the IAM integration. Works with customer SMEs to establish federation between the client and customer IDPs. Resolves customer concerns associated with IAM upgrade.Position Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
- Works with IAM Product Rollout team to upgrade customers to the IAM product.
- Reviews customer user configurations for customers scheduled for Upgrade.
- Assesses issues and establish a course of action to guide the client/associate to timely resolution of inquiry
- Troubleshoots problems with malfunctioning software/integration and recommends corrective action
- Directs and guides clients through resolution of technical issues
- Submits requests for product changes.
- Attends training courses as required
- Provides customer service and remote support services and applies problem solving skills
- Works in a team environment and assist team members on various issues
- Provides other ad hoc support and duties as assigned
- Works in an environment with competing priorities
- Bachelor s degree strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge and experience with SAML 2.0
- Experience and working knowledge with Okta, Azure, etc.
- Experience with AD
- Experience with ADFS
- Experience with Administration of IDP of at least one technology
- Experience with MFA implementation and support
- Project Management
- Demonstrated experience with large scale implementation of IDP and IAM
- Provide status and updates as needed/requested
- Must be able to effectively communicate to the client and external customers
- Security or other related certifications a plus
- Take direction and work as part of a larger team
- Work hours/schedule needs to be flexible (early morning or early evening)
