Title: Information Security Engineer Location: Portland, Oregon (97205) / Remote Employment Type: W2 Contract to Hire (no c2c or sponsorship available) Job Description: EdgeLink is looking for an Information Security Engineer to join an expanding SaaS company and team headquartered in Portland, but open to fully remote candidates. As an Information Security Engineer, you will have the opportunity to join a team that is responsible for cultivating a culture of security awareness and supporting personnel throughout the organization on security policies. From a skills perspective we are targeting most of the following:
- 5+ years of experience in Information Security for infrastructure and software development
- CISSP, OSCP, and OSWE certifications are a plus
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate, AZ-500, or equivalent experience
- Experienced with PCI DSS or QSA
- Experienced in SOC 2 examinations
- Experience in public cloud IaaS and PaaS (specifically Azure)
- Solid understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization, and security
