Job Description: As Architect you are considered a technology leader in your specialty. You will have the opportunity to influence some of the most strategic goals of the company by providing complementary skills and expert guidance. You will engage deeply with the local teams to both develop and assist with presale, envisioning and planning of enterprise solutions, execution of lighthouse projects and develop offerings for new technologies. As a recognized expert in your specialty, you will perform quality reviews and provide guidance to the project teams. You will also play an important leadership role for the Worldwide technical communities, enabling connections with the Product Groups and the Services technical leaders. Requiring deep involvement with customers, partners and subsidiary sales and Services teams as well as leadership, this position offers you the chance to gain significant experience across different levels of IT maturity as well as getting broader exposure to the Microsoft Services organization.

Required Skills:
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft and Non-Microsoft infrastructure and Infrastructure Management technologies, viz. Active Directory/Identity Management, Microsoft End Point Manager, Microsoft End Point Configuration Manager, Server and Desktop Virtualization, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Private and Public Cloud offerings, O365, Microsoft teams, Microsoft Exchange, File services, SSO and other technologies. In depth understanding of
  • Expert and depth knowledge must include Microsoft technologies as well as industry and competition
  • Breadth knowledge of enterprise architecture, solution architecture and project management.
  • Must have skills on Endpoint monitoring & diagnostic, Analytic tool (average consumption of physical resources, system problems, application problems, … using Systrac, Nexthink etc.)
  • Scripting skills, particularly around automation and configuration management is a plus.

Candidate Qualities:
  • Depth knowledge and proficiency in solution selling, proposal development and RFP, RFI responses
  • Generate detailed documentation and requirements - Convey by creating effective user stories, functional requirements
  • Defining Personas & use cases for an exhaustive requirements list
  • Basis on Persona needs to define User Journey and Affinity Mapping
  • Making Service Design Blueprint and coordinating with multiple stake holders on it
  • Help analyze data, evaluate features, and understand user needs and pain points- proactively identify gaps in the current online experience and participate in working towards developing solutions that drive business value
  • Review customer feedback, conduct surveys and user testing to capture feedback and communicate findings clearly and constructively with the team:
  • Able to work extremely effectively in cross functional teams, adept at synthesizing a variety of inputs
  • Ability to Work in a fast paced, time sensitive environment
  • Strong quantitative, qualitative, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter: ability to act autonomously
  • Stellar time management and organizational skills; be able to work on multiple, concurrent projects and juggle multiple priorities

  • Good understanding of tech tools gained by supporting/implementing complex digital and legacy solutions
