- Maintain the team service portfolio and track status of associated initiatives
- Assists with business case development with costing and customer needs assessments
- Collaborate and partner with other organizations for communication and service alignment.
- Coordinates cross-functional communications and project interdependencies
- Continuously monitor and communicate realistic expectations of EIS capabilities, to stakeholders, including commitments for budget and project delivery
- Provide both executive and team level status reporting on department indicatives at portfolio, program and project levels via dashboards and metrics
- Partner with team to create valuable dashboards and metrics
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience
- 2 years project management experience Experience in IT infrastructure related technologies
- Solid understanding of Project Management Methodologies including Agile Scrum and Kanban
- Strong project life cycle experience
- Experience using JIRA and Wiki (Atlassian)
