Description A law firm in Portland, OR is seeking a full-time Legal Assistant to join their growing team!The Legal Assistant will support lawyers directly in the following:Key responsibilitiesE-filing
Catalog documents and compile data as directed by lawyers and paralegals
Take care of matter management and record keeping
Ensure there are no errors in document copies, as the originals
Prep copier and scanner for documents
Direct legal research and investigative tasks, including obtaining information or documents from outside parties, as directed
Requirements
.Legal work experience or education required
General knowledge of e-Filing, calendaring, and drafting legal documents
