Title: Performance Engineer Location: Downtown, Portland, Oregon (97209) / Remote Option Employment Type: 6+ Month w2 Contract (no c2c or sponsorship available) Job Description: We are hiring a Performance Engineer for a 6+ month contract opportunity in Portland. In essence we are looking for someone that has a strong performance engineering background in either Java or JavaScript and has proficiency with AWS. We would love to see candidates who have worked with several AWS technologies, such as EC2, Lambda, dynamoDB, and API Gateway. Essential Skills:
- Java or JavaScript Development experience
- Experience navigating Linux Systems
- JVM, AWS, Puppet, Python, or Perl are all nice to haves
