Below is the JDLooking for someone with the right combination of organization, communication skills and courage to become a Program Manager for the Integration Modernization Program. This position requires cross-organization collaboration, engaging with business stakeholders to identify requirements so that our team of engineers can deliver the right solution. This includes clarifying scope and objectives, tracking projects to delivery, and reporting progress. The candidate must have the proven ability to drive for results, learn to identify operational improvements, and contribute to a culture of customer service.Candidates should be able to balance priorities across projects (business) and team member workloads (people). You should be able to lead from behind to drive progress, keeping your customer’s needs in mind throughout the project lifecycle.Candidates should have experience delivering and coordinating projects, including project planning (charter, milestones, timelines, budget), defining use cases and requirements, identifying resource needs, and managing issues/risks.

REQUIREMENTS· Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously· Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and changing priorities· Communicates clearly and consistently with team members and manager· A history of being results-oriented· Strong project management foundation· Strong problem-solving skills · Experience with project tracking and reporting· Experience of AWS / Integration projects is plus

Deliverables· Engage in sprint and scrum planning, manage sprint work items · Service Status reports· Project status reports· Contribute to managing and reporting on service KPIs· Develop plans for and manage deployments for internal product launches· Track progress against shared goals with the various Product groups
