Managing the OMMS 4.0 system to include P1 compliance and tracking tasks toward goals, schedule management, PUI schedule
Coordinating and follow up on state safety testing requirements
Safety support (monthly minutes, accident filing)
O Cost Tracking including vacation tracking
Open Order PTE tracking
Open Order Billing (track sales/margin, assist in inventory review clean up)
Reporting (print and distribute as needed)
Purchasing (enter/open PO’s; error status and accrual clean up; resolve vendor issues)
App system data management
Warehouse (organization, audits, inventory, shipping)
Education:
High school or equivalent required
Qualifications:
We are looking for an organized self-starter with technical aptitude
The ideal candidate must have solid communication skills in order to work effectively with customers and other Otis employees
Must be a team player with the initiative and motivation to be successful in a demanding, technical environment
Strong computer and customer service skills are a must
