Norco, Inc. is currently offering a signing bonus of $1,500 for this position. Details of the signing bonus can be discussed during the interview.

Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our Rehab Specialist position. The Rehab Specialist worksunder the guidance of an ATP to assist them in the evaluation, assembly, modification, programming, fitting and delivery of complex rehab technology equipment. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Work with patients, therapists, physicians, and referral sources to determine the noncomplex rehab technology equipment needs for clients, and consequently grow sales of this equipment accordingly
  • Assist ATP in marketing Norco Mobility and Rehab Services to referral sources, and providesales support and product demonstration/in-services to the healthcare community
  • Attain or exceed annual sales goals and objectives established by management
  • Participate in mobility evaluations in seating/mobility clinics, hospitals, nursing facilities, and homes for non-complex rehab technology equipment
  • Stay abreast of current funding requirements; especially in relation to qualifying documentation and coding for rehab/assistive equipment
  • Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary

Qualifications

  • Must be working toward ATP Certification through RESNA and willing to take the steps necessary to obtain any additional education or credentials as deemed necessary
  • Experience in the rehab field, or related home care experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and over 100 lbs. occasionally to a height of 36”
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk extended periods
  • Ability to drive safely
