- Technically sound with Salesforce programming tools like custom APEX, Lightning Components (Web & Aura), and VisualForce Pages
- Highly proficient with Sales and Service Cloud, exposure to Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL)
- Experience with database tools (SQL, SOQL, SOSL) and database migration
- Rework legacy systems and custom code solutions to augment scaling efforts
- Comfortable in a robust team environment with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Be available to travel ad-hoc up to 1 week / month for integrations & UAT
- Salesforce Platform Developer I required, Platform App Builder & Admin certifications preferred
- Bachelor's (B.S.) Degree or equivalent experience, ideally in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field(s)
- 5+ years' experience with CRM (Salesforce) Systems, or equivalent with another CRM
- 2+ years of Salesforce Lightning Development
- Third party integration experience
- Act as a key point of contact for fulfilment of Salesforce technical requirements
- Work on a business unit independent team and be comfortable interfacing cross functionally with various business unit leaders
- Question around and work to refine technical requirements translated from business requirements via the Salesforce CRM Manager
- Confidently act as a key technical resource for an agile project team, with the ability to work alongside a robust team of Salesforce professionals
- Stay current on new features of application to ensure company is utilizing the application as effectively as possible
