- Experience as a Salesforce Administrator with scaling organizations & full scope of declarative tools
- Proficient in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Confidently act as a functional point of contact for the Revenue Operations team
- Experience with solution architecture and implementation project management strongly preferred
- Comfortable reporting into the Director level and communicating in an efficient manner with non-technical business stakeholders
- Ability to identify gaps in legacy systems where updates may be appropriate
- Certifications listed below are in order of importance. These are preferred but not required: hands-on experience is also heavily considered
- Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Administrator & Advanced Administrator
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies highly preferred (Agile Practitioner / CSM / PMP certifications are taken into great consideration)
- Bachelor's (B.S.) Degree or equivalent experience, ideally in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field(s)
- Act as a key point of contact for identification of requirements (functional)
- Work on a robust team but be able to work independently
- Be comfortable interfacing cross functionally with various business unit leaders
- Question around and work to identify critical business issues that can be translated to technical requirements
- Confidently act as a key functional resource for your agile project team, rolling up your sleeves when necessary and providing oversight of general configuration & projects of your team members
- Stay current on new features of application to ensure company is utilizing the application as effectively as possible
