It all begins with you.About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a SharePoint Developer to work on the Data Insights and Analytics team to assist with the development and implementation of SharePoint Online solutions, Power BI and manual reporting, Communication processes, and special projects. The primary focus will be working with the Regulatory Operations groups and sites to transition from the current SharePoint on-premises (2013 & 2016) to SharePoint Online tenants. This will involve understanding the current workflows and custom InfoPath forms and recreating them using Power Apps and Power Automate tools. The secondary focus of this role will be working the Data Insights and Analytics Support team on day-to-day operations, compliance driven initiatives, and specialized project requested by Regulatory Operations Management team.The successful candidate must possess strong analytical skills, can communicate clearly and concisely, be resourceful with demonstrated capability to independently deliver sustainable solutions to business needs, can work in a fast-paced environment where priorities and tasks can change frequently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.This is a hit the ground running position. Team member is expected to be well versed in SharePoint Online and Power Apps (Forms and Flows). Able to quickly (Self learn).In this role, you will:Partner with the Regulatory Operations groups to understand their processes and translate their requirements into sustainable and dynamic SharePoint Solutions.

Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners

Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives

Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities

Participate in planning, execution, and monitoring of SharePoint site within the Regulatory Operations Hub

Assist as needed in specialized projects for the Regulatory Operations and Data Insight and Initiatives teams.

Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics

Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables

Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business

Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business

Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management

Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff

Required Qualifications, US:5+ years experience in SharePoint development and execution

2+ years of Business Operations or Leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to interact with all levels of an organization

Ability to research and learn on your own

Ability to compile research and perform in-depth analysis on critical operational data including data mining, formatting, and reporting/statistics.

Ability to quickly assess unclear or complex situations and determine a clear direction for the team

Strong time management skills with the ability to work effectively work under pressure while managing conflicting priorities and deadlines

An excellent communicator with strong client management skills and a passion for technology
