Essential Skills
Comfortable working in a physical position.
Mechanically inclined.
Attention to detail.
Ability to lift and/or maneuver objects weighing 30-50 lbs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous grinding, deburring, or buffing experience is ideal.
Experience using hand and power tools.
Experience in metal fabrication or industrial manufacturing.
Blueprint experience is a plus.
Willing to train on another shift if required.

Work Environment
Exposure to noise, dust, and fumes is possible. The work is performed in a grinding booth, which is an 8-foot ventilated room. Grinders are exposed to noise, dust, temperature extremes, and fatigue, especially in the forearms and hands. The day shift runs from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, and the swing shift runs from Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM.
