Job Duties:
Oversee the daily operations of our hotel as well as provide strategic direction
Perform all hotel functions and operations. Train/supervise staff in all areas
Provide exceptional customer service to all hotel guests, making their stay as comfortable.
Develop and implement a strategic advertising/marketing plan to promote the motel's services.
Develop pricing strategies with the goal of maximizing the hotel’s profits.
Manages and resolves all guest complaints and respond to the guests' reviews on social media.
Deal with maintenance issues, shortages in staff or equipment, renovations etc
Collaborate with external parties such as suppliers, travel agencies, event/conference planners etc
Maintains an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments.
Requirements
Hotel Experience preferred
Proven experience as Hotel Manager or relevant role
Ability to deal with management, associates, guests, and general public in a courteous manner.
Excellent customer service skills as well, telephone, and presentation skills
Knowledge of MS Offfice and good computer skills
Dedicated, hard-working, self-motivated to work independently with little guidance.
Demonstrable aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
