Sharetea of Hillsboro will be opening this April and we are looking for individuals with open availability, including but not limited to nights and weekends. Please see the following and, if interested, provide 1) your schedule of availability for each day of the week, 2) resume with your background and experience, and 3) the number of hours you are looking to work per week.
Responsibilities:
In addition to taking guidance from the Management Team on the Team culture and values and following policies and procedures, responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Consistently Deliver High Level of Customer Service
Welcoming customers to store, engaging with them throughout their store experience.
Determine customer needs by asking questions and sharing product knowledge.
Demonstrate that customers come first by serving them with a sense of urgency.
Consistently Deliver Operational Excellence
Provide consistent quality in the preparation of drinks and brewing of tea.
Participate actively in training to learn new and promotional products.
Take ownership in maintaining a clean and well-stocked store.
