We are looking for caregivers for our assisted living facility. The right candidate will be dependable, able to work well with others, enjoys working with the elderly and is hard working. We have a variety of shifts available, primarily part-time but with the potential for full-time.
The job includes bathing and dressing residents, helping residents to the dining rooms, take residents to the restroom, answer resident calls, help transfer from wheelchair to regular chairs and some light housekeeping.
There is frequent lifting and transferring and you must be able to complete the essential functions of the job. You will need an Oregon Food Handler's card and First Aid/Heimlich certification. Experience is preferred but not required.
