CDM Caregiving Service is a large local non-profit agency seeking caregivers to provide care for elderly and others with disabilities in their own homes. We welcome current CNA and HCA’s to apply as well as people interested in becoming an HCA.

We are currently seeking caregivers that are available morning, afternoon and/or evening hours.

In addition, we are also seeking an experienced CNA or HCA to work as a dispatched home care aide on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday's. This position pay's an additional $1.00/hr while working with clients with a guarantee of 32/hrs per week. Please contact HR to learn more about this position.

Wages and Benefits

Effective July 1, 2020 - $16.11/hour weekday and $16.36/hour weekend

$17.11/hour while working for clients requiring a Hoyer lift

Paid travel time between clients

Paid mileage @ .53/mile

Full Medical Benefit Coverage for: $25/month (80 hour/month minimum to qualify)

Requirements

You must:

- Be 18 years or older

- Have a valid driver license

- Drive your own vehicle; which must be insured.

- You must have a social security card.

- Submit to a state and federal background check through DSHS.

- If not currently credentialed

Within 14 days of hire, submit the home care aide certification application

Within 120 days from hire, complete 75 hours of entry level training approved by DSHS

Within 200 days from hire, pass the DOH Home Care Aide certification examination.

You are exempt from certification if you were already employed as a long-term care worker between January 1, 2011 and January 6, 2012 and completed all the training requirements in effect as of the date you were hired.
