SUMMARY:

The Clinical Supervisor provides therapeutic services to adults diagnosed with serious mental health and addiction issues and provides supervision/support to assigned QMHAs.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS; QUALIFICATION, SKILLS; EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Fluent Bilingual Spanish an asset.

Masters Degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college required.

Candidates must be legally employable by a U.S. business

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or LPC preferred

CADC I required or ability to obtain within 1 year of hire.

Three to five years related work experience to include Crisis, Outpatient, Addictions and high acuity client services required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assessments/evaluations

Treatment planning

Individual/group family therapy

Consultation/referral/information/education & community outreach

Crisis support to clients or staff providing clinical services to clients; which may include Civil Commitment Investigator Certification

Case management/skills training

Clinical record keeping & report writing

Attend/participate in Agency staffing/meeting

Liaison with other human service organizations

Provide supervision/support to assigned QMHA staff

Other duties as assigned

Salary Range is a "step progression" system, wage for new hires, based on education/skills/experience, is set using the start of the range to mid-range. SALARY INFORMATION 44,304.00 - 56,784.00 USD Annual - Salary adjusted for licensed candidates
