Qualifications and Requirements :
Current C.N.A or HCA (Home Care Aid)
Current NA-R with fundamentals of caregiving certification completed
Ability to Pass Criminal Background and fingerprint check
TB Test (2 step)
Nurse Delegation Core Training Certificate, including 3-hour Diabetes training
Current CPR & First Aid
Valid Food Handlers
Dementia, Mental Health Certifications (may be obtained within 60 days of hire)
Additional Certifications and Experience Preferred and Requirements:
Must be flexible to work weekends
Must have reliable transportation
Reliable phone contact
Quality attitude
Job duties include:
Light Housekeeping
Toileting & Incontinence Assistance
Assisting with Ambulating & Transferring
Supervision of up to 6 residents
Perform some ADLs as needed
Medication Administration if needed
Prepare and serve meals
Shift & Compensation:
7:30am-3:30pm M-F
Could work into more hours and/or other shifts if available
New CNA and RN students are welcome to apply
$15.00 per hour to start
Holiday pay for six holiday’s & birthday (if worked)
