Kellyville Residential Care Facility is seeking a Full-Time Graveyard Caregiver to join our team!

We are currently looking for individuals who are caring, punctual and engaging. Experience with Elderly's in a RCF setting is a plus! If you describe yourself as a friendly, dependable and determined individual who enjoys caring for others, then this may be the job for you!

The Ideal candidate will be patient, and friendly with excellent communication skills. While under direct supervision of a manager or lead caregiver, you are responsible to provide resident care, assist in maintaining a positive physical and psychological environment for residents, and uphold Prestige's core values of respect, integrity, commitment and trust.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

o Must have compassion for and desire to work with Elderly.

o Knowledge of and ability to adhere to HIPPA policies.

o Must meet all health requirements, including TB.

o Must pass criminal background check and drug test.

o High school diploma or equivalent with one or more years of care experience with older adults, or as required by state regulations, preferred.

o Must be 18 years of age or older, and complete and pass competency evaluation in accordance with State Regulations. Must have completed state required training including the revised fundamentals of Care, Firs Aid, CPR and HIV Training.

o Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory and with or without reasonable accommodation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

o Assist with ADL's using Cooperative Service Plans.

o Assist residents to and from dining room and activities.

o Follows and supports community fire safety and infection control practices. Promptly reports any unsafe conditions or equipment to immediate supervisor.

o Serves meals in the dining room, assists residents to meal time, provides resident tray delivery, and assists with dining room and kitchen clean up as well as maintenance.

o Assist with move ins, move-outs and transfers. Also coordinates other care givers on assisting with lifting.

o Assists with housekeeping services and resident's laundry.

o Attends and participates in training, in-services, and staff meetings.

o Performs other related duties as assigned.

Shift available is Wednesday-Sunday 10:00pm-6:30am
