We are an expanding holistic naturopathic and alternative healthcare clinic looking for a heart-centered enthusiastic team player to join our clinic.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong customer service skills - natural ability to care and connect with community, providers and staff in a way that makes them feel welcome and happy
- Professional verbal and written communication
- Ability to problem solve and think analytically

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Phlebotomy, experience preferred
- Vitals, experience preferred
- Prior Authorizations, experience preferred
- Closing/Opening the clinic
- Keeping the treatment rooms tidy and clean. Laundry. Dishes.
- Insurance verifications, faxing documents, and data entry
- Calling in prescriptions and refills to compounding pharmacies
- Making homeopathic, botanical and herbal remedies
- Ordering and stocking medical supplies, labs and lab supplies
- Participation in teamwork required.
- Utilize computer and HIPAA compliant software to input and retrieve personal health information.
- Referrals to other clinics, hospitals, and procedures
- Patient point person - responsible for face-to-face patient reference and contact including prescription refills, referrals, testing and blood draws.

- Calm, warm and bubbly personality - like a relaxing hot-tub with jets!
- Irritatingly organized
- Love to talk on the phone - but not too long - short and sweet
- Maturity in customer relations, work ethics and performance
- Initiative and Self Reliance: make decisions on a timely basis and take necessary actions without direction from others when necessary for your position.
- Problems are just puzzles waiting to be solved
- Attention to detail is equal to the skills required in medical work
- The ability to work as a team, yet be a leader in your own right
- Macintosh, savvy/guru/geek/lover!
- Must always be one step ahead, and never on toes
