SUMMARY:

Serving as part of our ACT Team, this position will be providing therapeutic services to adults diagnosed with serious mental health issues.

HIGHLIGHTS OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assessments/evaluations

Treatment planning

Individual, group and family therapy

Case management

Individual/group skills training

Dual Diagnosis work as needed

Consultation/education

Information/referral

Community outreach

Member of after-hours Psychiatric Rehabilitation Crisis Team, as needed, which may include Civil Commitment Investigator Certification

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Masters Degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college required. CADC I required or ability to obtain within 1 year of hire. Three to five years related work experience to include Crisis, Outpatient, Addictions and high acuity client services required. Fluent Bilingual Spanish an asset.

Salary Range is a "step progression" system - Wage for new hires, based on education/skills/experience, is set using the start of the range to mid-range.
