This position serves as one of the agency School-based Health Center clinicians, responsible for data gathering, collection, and organization for current contract. School-based counselor through ESD contract. School-based counseling in behavioral classrooms. Participate in County HUB parent education.

HIGHLIGHTS OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide therapeutic services to children at school(s), including individual, groups, and families Assessments/evaluations and intake packets Treatment planning Individual/group/family therapy Diagnosis of mental health disorders Consultation/referral/information/education and community outreach.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Masters Degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college required. LCSW preferred. CADC I required or must be obtained within 1 year of hire. Three to five years related work experience to include Crisis, Outpatient, Addictions and high acuity client services required. Combination of education/experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties outlined for this position may be considered.

Fluent Bilingual Spanish an asset.

Salary Range is a "step progression" system - Typically, wage for new hires, based on education/skills/experience, is set using the start of the range to mid-range. Salary adjustment is made for licensed candidates.

Any and All agency related driving, including client transportation, requires a valid driver license, current proof of auto insurance and must meet the agency insurance age requirement of at least 21 years of age. Staff that do not meet these requirements are restricted from any and all driving duties. If you do not meet the requirements for driving, you will still be considered for any and all positions.
