At Portland Children's Dentistry, we provide compassionate, high-quality dental care in a fun and kid-friendly environment. We’re currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Sterilization Technician to join our growing pediatric dental team.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean, disinfect, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment following strict infection control protocols
Prepare operatories for patient care by setting up trays and supplies
Support clinical team by assisting with room turnover and maintaining a clean, organized environment
Help ensure a safe and welcoming space for children, families, and staff
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a dental office or sterilization role is preferred, but not required – we are willing to train the right candidate
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and infection control
Ability to work efficiently and manage time in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
