OC Construction Services is seeking an Electrician - 2nd or 3rd year apprentice or a licensed 02

We currently do renovations for the giants of the apartment industry in locations around the nation including Arizona, Washington, Colorado, Oregon, California, Utah, Nevada, and Minnesota. We renovate approximately 4,500 units per year. On average it takes 10 to 21 days per unit.

We are looking to fill our growing team with an experienced and professional Master Electrician who is highly skilled in their trade with unwavering reliability, strong work ethic, and a desire to be the best

 Testing electrical systems or continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures, using testing devices, such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, or oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system

 Inspecting systems, equipment, or components to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes

 Directing or training workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures

 Diagnosing malfunctioning systems, apparatus, or components, using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem

 OR Electrician's License, who can also work in WA

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

 General knowledge of multi family

 Have working knowledge of general construction processes and methods including power tools, equipment and of various construction materials

 Have working knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods including basic plumbing and electrical

 Ability to walk over rough, uneven or slippery surfaces, to climb stairs or ladders to heights more than 8-9 feet

 Ability to work in a variety of physical positions which include, but are not limited to, sitting, standing, kneeling, squatting, crawling, and walking, requires mobility and flexibility to work in confined spaces, ability to lift, carry or otherwise move or position objects weighing up to 75 pounds and assist others with objects weighing more

 Willingness to learn and adapt to our companies policies, procedures, and techniques

 Must be reliable, dependable, dedicated, hard worker, independent self-starter and motivator; work well on a team and individually with the ability to lead and teach others; must have a great attitude, strong work ethics, and good customer service skills

 Must possess time management, scheduling and organizational skills; strong attention to details, excellent follow-through and able to communicate clearly; basic common sense; excellent problem-solving skills; can calmly assess any situation, evaluate all the options, and choose the reliable solution;

 Ability to juggle multiple tasks, projects and changing priorities; appreciated when you dont cut corners

 Possess a valid drivers license & reliable transportation, (truck is preferred/needed)

 Provide personal tools of the trade; have all proper insurance and endorsements
