IMPORTANT NOTE-CANDIDATES MUST HAVE OPEN BED TRUCK
Roles and Responsibilities:
Collect waste and recycling door to door within an assigned apartment community(s) and transfer to the trash compactor onsite. Collection must begin and end at the designated time.
Inspect and maintain trash compactors, halls, stairs and floors according to Valet Living standards.
Document and report daily (via iValet smart phone application) all property and resident non-compliances and compactor arrival / departures.
Other duties as assigned.
This is a physical job that requires heavy lifting sometimes up to 50LBS and climbing lots of stairs, but it's easier than it sounds. We will provide all needed materials including safety vests, gloves, totes, magnets, etc. This is an excellent alternative to late night paper routes, driving jobs, etc.
Qualifications
must have open bed truck
must have an Iphone or Android smartphone
must have and maintain current DL and auto insurance(with your name on the policy)
submit to and pass a background check
