Job Location: St. Mary's Academy, OR
Job title: Full-time Janitor Lead / Custodian
8 hour per day 5 Days a week (Mon - Fri)
Pay: $19 to $20 per hour depending on experience
APPROX: $3,100.00 to $3,500.00 per month
Hours: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Responsibilities:
Supervise a crew of three cleaners/custodians (10-15% of time)
Clean interior space, including vacuuming, sweeping and/or mopping floors
Dust furniture and surfaces
Empty wastebaskets and replace liners
Clean restrooms, and other normal cleaning duties
Clean and disinfect equipment
Requirements:
Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Previous experience preferred.
Must pass Background
Must have reliable transportation to work location
Must have smart phone capable of running a time keeping GPS application
