Sports-Focused Graphic Designer for Long-term Partnership (Baseball/Softball Industry)
We're seeking a passionate graphic designer with a genuine interest in baseball/softball to join our team on a long-term basis. This is a part-time role (5-10 hours/week) with potential for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Create engaging social media graphics with 4-5 weeks of advance planning
Basic video editing
Sports-related design projects with varying timelines (some 24-hour turnarounds, others with extended deadlines)
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design expertise
Basic video editing capabilities
Understanding of social media design best practices
Excellent communication and ability to meet tight deadlines
Experience with or strong interest in baseball/softball industry
History of successful long-term client relationships
Project Scope:
Part-time: 5-10 hours per week
Rate: $25-50 per hour based on experience
Long-term engagement through 2025 and beyond
Mix of planned and quick-turnaround projects
