Our CNC machines play a crucial role in various industries, supporting the final assembly of critical components worldwide.
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CNC Machinist and Operator to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be proficient in operating CNC Lathes/Mills and manual machines. Daily responsibilities include machine operations, such as starting warm-up cycles, loading/unloading parts, deburring, inspection, tool replacement, and occasional machine maintenance. Mechanical aptitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience with Axis vertical milling/lathe operations
Ability to edit CNC programming code at the machine
Proficient understanding of speeds and feeds, with the ability to calculate them
Experience working with both plastic and metal materials
Capability to read and interpret blueprints
Proficiency in manual machining techniques
Additional Plus:
3 to 5 years of Axis programming experience
CAD software proficiency
