Small plastic injection molding company seeking an individual with mechanical skills to fill the production/maintenance assistant position we have available.
Knowledge, skill and abilities required:
Excellent problem solving abilities.
Good oral communication skill (must speak fluent English).
Good attention to detail and experience repairing machines.
Must be able to stand for up to 10 hours per day, 4 days per week and able to lift 50 lbs.
Essential Functions:
Operate injection machines as needed to meet production goals
Repair and perform maintenance on machines
Grinding, mixing/blending & drying of polymers as needed for production
Change mold and inserts on machines (with training)
Operate plastic stamping machine to finish products
Monday-Thursday 6am-4pm, 3 day weekends!
