Program Manager - Economic Empowerment - Full-time
MFS is seeking an experienced Program Manager - Economic Empowerment to work in a new position based in our Belmont office. This position is 40 hours/week and offers a comprehensive benefit package. This is a new position that will oversee the growth of two MFS Economic Empowerment pilot programs; the Womens Economic Empowerment Program and the Tax Navigation Program as well as general service delivery quality across all MFS Economic Empowerment Programs. Under the general supervision of the Senior Program Manager, the Program Manager will also be responsible for developing and refining systems for collecting and using data/information management to drive continuous improvement and impact of Economic Empowerment Programs and participate in the development of a new Financial Health Framework. Successful candidate will have a Minimum of a BA/BS in public service or human services or equivalent related experience, financial management and/or loan processing experience is essential, Experience with database management and quality assurance. Fluency and ability to communicate effectively in languages in addition to English is strongly preferred. Job#PMEE0301.
