The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for answering phones, providing customer service, and coordinating/scheduling jobs. Responsibilities will also include helping with collections and documenting job files.
Position requirements:
We are hiring at our Woodburn location- 290 Young Street. Woodburn, OR 97071
HOURS 30-40 hours/week Mon- Fri
Office or Customer Service experience a plus
Possess polite phone etiquette, confident and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with ability to multi-task.
Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment.
Proficient with typical office hardware (i.e., phone, computer, copier, etc).
Ability to learn new software.
Strong organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail.
Prior experience in the Restoration/Construction industry a plus!
