Office Admin/Sales Coordinator
Job description
```Duties```
- Provide administrative support to Sales/Install Department to ensure clients are scheduled for their equipment installation.
You are the Point of Contact in the office for clients from start to finish.
- Coordinate with GM, project managers, installers and clients
- Contact clients for down payments, signed proposals and scheduling
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Assist Service Department with scheduling and customer service
- Prepare estimates, invoices, job folders, install packets and sales packets
- Register installed equipment for warranty purposes
- Assist with entering vendor payables
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning
- Support project coordination by tracking progress of large jobs. Be aware of unfinished items that need completed
```Requirements```
- Computer literacy with proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
- Experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
- Familiarity with HVAC, construction, permitting/inspections a plus
- Professional phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire
Salary: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
