Our small, but growing production/distribution company has an opening for an energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated individual interested in becoming an important part of our expanding team. We have been producing and distributing furniture hardware for the largest furniture manufacturers in the world for over 40 years. Having become experts in the furniture market we have expanded into the retail world, and things are moving quickly.

Qualified candidates should have at least 2 years of office/administrative experience as well as strong typing/data/order entry skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required. Applicants with experience using Sage 300 ERP software and are familiar with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) systems will be given preference.

Light accounting skills (AP/AR) are a big plus.

Basic office skills are required, filing, data/order entry, customer service, and polite, professional phone skills. You will be involved in all parts of our growing business, so you will need to have superior multi-tasking skills and the ability to change tasks at a moments notice.

Excellent time management skills a must.

You must be able to take direction and work well with our strong and knowledgeable team in the office, in the warehouse, and around the country You should be upbeat and motivated and not afraid to make suggestions, we want you to share your ideas and individual skills.

Medical, dental and vision are offered following 90 days of full time employment. 401k and paid vacation available after one year of full time employment
