Our Principal Broker is moving on and we haven't found the perfect replacement yet. Rather than rush it and hire someone we don't want to be with long term, we're having out top agent answer agent questions. But he is not a broker, so we need a principal broker until we find a permanent solution. We are fully insured with great admin staff and only 20 agents doing about 3 transactions a month, so there's basically no liability risk. We're mainly looking for you to sign a couple documents and occasionally add an agent through the state and MLS websites. Start immediately.
