FLOWER AND PLANT ENTHUSIAST WANTED
Get out of that drab office space and work in a beautiful plant filled environment where it is ok to roll up your sleeves and get your hand a-little soiled everyday.
THE COMPANY
-Marbott's Greenhouse & Nursery has been beautifying Portland area homes and gardens for over 85 years. We grow most of the plants that we sell.
-The business is old, but the product is always new, fresh, and evolving. Plants are like fashion, different plants and styles come and go.
THE POSITION
-We are looking for a team member that possess the Four P's -Positive, Passionate, Plant, Person.
-Being a grower and a retailer (not a common combination in todays world) a good candidate should have a strong farmer work ethic. Along with a nice flair for conversation to help our customers find the correct plants for their situation.
-"Knowledgeable" candidates would start at $15.00 per hr.
THE LOCATION
-Marbott's World Headquarters is located in the popular Woodlawn-Concordia neighborhoods. If you are commuting from any of the surrounding neighborhoods of North or Northeast then no freeway time is necessary.
